Jim Pohopin
President

Jim directs the day-to-day operations of the company, including the project management, estimating and accounting. He is responsible for formulating plans and policies to achieve overall corporate objectives, while ensuring profitable growth and fulfilling the company’s commitment to the community. Jim has been employed in the construction industry for over 30 years and is responsible for the construction of over 100 million square feet of space.

Ralph Moore
Executive Vice President, LEED AP

Ralph is responsible for directing and overseeing the activities of project managers, marketing and business development personnel. He helps establish policies and procedures. Mr. Moore started his construction career as the owner of a small construction company, and currently has over twenty-five years of experience in commercial construction.

Stephen Williamson
Vice President – Base Building Construction

Stephen directs and oversees the day-to-day activities of his project management team. He establishes and implements procedures and organizational structure within the framework of broader corporate policy. Stephen is responsible for looking ahead and providing sound proactive directives that facilitate smooth execution of his projects. Stephen has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years.
