Sully Plaza

ADI constructed this 6,000 square-foot pad site located at an existing retail center known as Sully Plaza. Work included site clearing and excavation, poured concrete footers, brick, split face block, EIFS, site lighting and landscaping. This was a limited sized pad site with little room for staging materials. Although the project faced numerous permit delays which postponed the start of construction from summer to winter, the project was completed on time.
